Shipping Process

- Once we receive your order, we fulfill and store your package inside our freezers until the designated carrier picks up the package. If you place your order on Friday/Saturday/Sunday it will ship out on the following Monday to ensure that the package is not delayed over the weekend when Carrier facilities are closed.

- Orders are shipped via Insulated Shipping Kits (Styrofoam ice chests) with cold packs. Once tracking shows “accepted” by USPS, transit time is typically 2-4 days. However our products remain fresh up to 7 days in transit, even if items are no longer cold upon arrival.

- Once your order arrives, store our products inside your freezer for a shelf life of 6 months minimum!
